Terms of Service

1. The service
DeliverCalc provides software for calculating delivery costs based on distance, rates you configure, and related settings. By creating an account or using the calculator you agree to these terms.
2. Free usage and accounts
Without an account you may perform up to 5 free calculations per device using the homepage calculator. Creating an account is free and currently includes unlimited calculations. We may introduce paid plans in future (€19 per month, billed through Stripe); existing users will be notified before any paid limits or price changes take effect.
3. Cancellation and refunds
If you hold a paid subscription, you can cancel it at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not share one account across multiple businesses.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, including attempting to bypass usage limits, scraping, reselling access, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Quotes are estimates
Distances and costs produced by DeliverCalc are estimates based on Google Maps data and the rates you configure. You are responsible for the prices you charge your customers. We are not liable for pricing errors, losses or disputes arising from quotes generated with the service.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party providers (including Google Maps, Stripe, Supabase and Vercel) and may be affected by their availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
