Terms of Service

DeliverCalc(“we”, “us”) provides software for calculating delivery costs from distances and the rates you configure, including a public calculator your customers can use. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

You can price up to 3 deliveries per device on our website without an account. Each new account can also save up to 5 quotes with the dashboard calculator free of charge (deleting a quote doesn't give it back). Using the service beyond that — including further quotes and your public calculator — needs a paid subscription. If a subscription ends, calculating quotes and your public calculator are paused; your depots, rates and saved quotes are kept.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Stripe, and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Prices are shown on our website and at checkout, together with any VAT that applies.

If a payment fails we will retry it and let you know; if it still cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not share one account across multiple businesses.

When your customers use your public calculator and choose to leave their contact details, you are responsible for how you use that information and for having a lawful basis to contact them. We store it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may not misuse the service, including attempting to bypass usage limits or billing, scraping, reselling access, overloading the service or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Distances and costs are estimates based on Google Maps data and the rates you configure. You are responsible for the prices you charge your customers. We are not liable for pricing errors, losses or disputes arising from quotes generated with the service.

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party providers (including Google Maps, Stripe, Supabase and Vercel) and may be affected by their availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
