Privacy Policy

Who we are
DeliverCalc (“we”, “us”) provides delivery cost calculation software for businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address, company name and contact details you choose to add. When you use the calculator we store the addresses or postcodes you enter, the calculated distances and quotes, and your delivery rate settings. We also collect basic usage data such as the number of calculations performed.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles these under its own privacy policy. We store only your Stripe customer reference and subscription status.
Third-party services
We use Supabase to host our database and authentication, Google Maps to calculate distances and display routes, Stripe to process payments, Formspree to receive contact-form messages, and Vercel to host the application. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide the service: calculating quotes, storing your settings, managing your subscription, and responding to your messages. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. If you want your account and its data deleted, contact us through the feedback form on our homepage and we will remove it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the feedback form on our homepage.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you logged in and a small amount of local storage on your device to track free calculator usage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be noted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
