Privacy Policy

DeliverCalc(“we”, “us”) provides delivery cost calculation software for businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it. Contact us at info@delivercalc.com.

Account data: your email address, company name, country, and any contact details you add in Settings.

Service data: your depots, delivery rates, the addresses and postcodes you calculate, and the resulting quotes. We also keep a basic activity log (sign-ins and calculations) to run and support the service.

Billing data: your Stripe customer reference, plan, subscription status and billing dates. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.

When someone uses a business's public calculator, we store the delivery address they enter and the quote. If they choose to leave their name, phone number, email or a note, we store those too and show them only to that business. For this data the business is the controller and we act as its processor.

We use Supabase (database and authentication), Google Maps (distances, routes and maps), Stripe (payments), Formspree (contact-form messages) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms. Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

To provide the service: calculating quotes, storing your settings, managing your subscription, sending account emails (such as password resets) and responding to your messages. We do not sell your personal data or share it for marketing.

We keep your data while your account is open. To close your account and delete its data, email info@delivercalc.com. Billing records may be kept longer where the law requires it (for example, for tax purposes).

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Email info@delivercalc.com to exercise these rights. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

We only use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to secure the service. The homepage demo uses your browser's local storage to count free calculations. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be noted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
